Ingredients
 

  • 1.5 - 2 kgs American racks of ribs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 3 big cloves garlic crushed

Instructions
 

  • Cut ribs to fit slow cooker
  • Cover with sauce
  • Cook on hi for 3 1/2 hrs (you don't want it completely falling apart)
  • *If desired chargrill on the BBQ for 15 mins basting with the cooking sauce*
  • Enjoy 🙂
