Yabba Dabba Do Ribs
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1.5 - 2 kgs American racks of ribs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 3 big cloves garlic crushed
Instructions
- Cut ribs to fit slow cooker
- Cover with sauce
- Cook on hi for 3 1/2 hrs (you don't want it completely falling apart)
- *If desired chargrill on the BBQ for 15 mins basting with the cooking sauce*
