Pizza Bread

Ingredients
- Bread
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 2 cups Luke warm water
- Toppings
- YOUR CHOICE
- I chose
- half chopped Onion
- Tomato sauce
- Ham 5 slices
- Italian herbs
Instructions
- Line sc with baking paper/alfoil
- Mix flour and water in a bowl
- Put the mixture into the sc
- Then add toppings on top.
- Cook on high for 2hrs
- TEATOWEL ON
- Cooked in my 5.5lt slow cooker

Tasty and super easy to make. Will make again and play with flavours. Is quite heavy and damper like, cooked for an extra 30-40 minutes as top was still quite doughy. Great for a side with soup.

Next time I’d put some herbs or other flavouring in the “bread” part too for a bit more oomph, but that’s an absolute win in our house! Super easy too, I’m so glad I tried it. It will be great for kids lunchboxes as well ? It was ready in 90 minutes, but my slow cooker tends to cook hot.
made it today with BBQ mustard sauce for base bacon pepperoni mushroom cheese.. OMG YUM
Nice but a bit too much of the bread part. Would like to cut bread part by 1/2 or 1/3.
