Gluten Free, Lamb

1.5 kg lamb, diced
2 tblspns plain flour (Well and Good)
1 red onion, diced
3 apples, diced
1.5 cups apple juice (Kalangadoo Organic)
Half cup fresh mint, chopped (I didn't have any so used a quarter of a cup mint jelly)
Salt
Pepper
1Add lamb, onion and apple to slow cooker.
2Mix flour with apple juice and pour over, add mint, salt and pepper.
3Cook on high for 5hrs
