Ingredients
1.5 kg lamb, diced
2 tblspns plain flour (Well and Good)
1 red onion, diced
3 apples, diced
1.5 cups apple juice (Kalangadoo Organic)
Half cup fresh mint, chopped (I didn't have any so used a quarter of a cup mint jelly)
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Add lamb, onion and apple to slow cooker.
Mix flour with apple juice and pour over, add mint, salt and pepper.
Cook on high for 5hrs
