strawberry meringue fudge
Ingredients
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 2 150g blocks of white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon strawberry flavour
- 1 teaspoon pink food colouring
- Crushed meringues
Instructions
- Put everything in slow cooker except meringues.
- Cook on high for hour and half
- Stir at 15 min intervals.
- In last 10 mins add crushed meringues.
- Pour into lined tray and set in fridge over night
