1kg Strawberries
3 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
1Chop strawberries, and place all ingredients into slow cooker.
2Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
3Blend and pour into jars (bench top blender is best)
4Keep refrigerated.
