Strawberry and Vanilla Jam
- 1kg Strawberries
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- Chop strawberries, and place all ingredients into slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Blend and pour into jars (bench top blender is best)
- Keep refrigerated.
