- 2 packets pork ribs
- 1 jar char Sui sauce
- 1 jar Hoisin sauce
- Brown sugar
- Chop pork ribs in half and place in bowel
- Mix jar of Hoisin sauce, char Sui sauce and tablespoon of brown sugar together and pour over ribs to marinate all together then pour in to slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours
