Slow cooked prawns fish and vegetables
Slow cooked seafood sensation!
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 500g frozen peeled prawns
- 1 kilo frozen barramundi fillets
- 500g frozen Asian vegetables
- 2 teaspoon oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1: place oil in slow cooker.
- 2: skin fish and cut in small pieces.
- 3: Place prawns fish and vegetables in slow cooker.
- 3: Season and cook for 3 to 4 hours on low.
- 4: serve with your favourite pasta rice or potato recipe.
