Slow cooked prawns fish and vegetables

Slow cooked seafood sensation!

  • Cook: 3 hrs 20 mins

500g frozen peeled prawns

1 kilo frozen barramundi fillets

500g frozen Asian vegetables

2 teaspoon oil

Salt and Pepper


11: place oil in slow cooker.

22: skin fish and cut in small pieces.

33: Place prawns fish and vegetables in slow cooker.

43: Season and cook for 3 to 4 hours on low.

54: serve with your favourite pasta rice or potato recipe.
