Ingredients
500g frozen peeled prawns
1 kilo frozen barramundi fillets
500g frozen Asian vegetables
2 teaspoon oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1: place oil in slow cooker.
2: skin fish and cut in small pieces.
3: Place prawns fish and vegetables in slow cooker.
3: Season and cook for 3 to 4 hours on low.
4: serve with your favourite pasta rice or potato recipe.
