A hearty sausage breakfast casserole to warm and fill hungry tummies!

Ingredients
 

  • 1kg thin beef sausages
  • 1 brown onion, sliced
  • 1 tin tomato soup
  • 2 x 125g pots baked beans
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve with poached egg, hash brown and toast.

    We enjoyed this so much. We actually had this for dinner and served with Hash Browns and Poached Egg. ?

  2. Cooked this yesterday with a couple of tweaks. Added cracked black pepper, more onion, kidney beans and a touch more chilli. Also cooked with tea towel on to reduce liquid. Really good.
