Sausage Breakfast Casserole
A hearty sausage breakfast casserole to warm and fill hungry tummies!
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1kg thin beef sausages
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 1 tin tomato soup
- 2 x 125g pots baked beans
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with poached egg, hash brown and toast.

We enjoyed this so much. We actually had this for dinner and served with Hash Browns and Poached Egg. ?
We loved this. Instead of having it with eggs and hang browns, we had it on toast
Cooked this yesterday with a couple of tweaks. Added cracked black pepper, more onion, kidney beans and a touch more chilli. Also cooked with tea towel on to reduce liquid. Really good.
