Ingredients

Potato Gems

Bacon

8 Eggs

1/2 cup Milk

Onion

Grated Cheese

Directions

1Put Baking paper in slow cooker

2Put a layer of potato gems

3Then as much bacon as you want

4Sprinkle cheese and onion over the bacon

5Whisk 8 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk and pour into slow cooker

6Place tea towel under the lid and cook on high 21/2 hours

Im cooking this right now. It has been on for over 2 and 1/2 hours and is still raw in the middle. It was ment for dinner but it looks like it will be for breakfast.

Beautiful quiche…. Lovely and fluffy. I didn’t have any potato gems this time but used hash browns instead. Was so yummy !!!! Will definitely cook again..

So little effort for such a yummy dish!! Following the recipe was simple and it turned out just like it was supposed to. I served it with some veggies and it made a great meal.
