Garlic/Chilli Salsa Brussels Sprouts
Could be the dish that converts you to eating brussel sprouts?

Serving: 3
Ingredients
- 10 brussel sprouts sliced reasonably thin
- 4 garlic cloves chopped fine
- 2 red chillies chopped fine(seeds & all)
- ¼ cup salsa of choice
- Dash of lemon juice
- ¼ cup Water
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
- All into cooker~Cook on low 2.5 hours
- Stirred in 1 Tbs butter just before serving
Notes
- Could use minced garlic from jar or even dried granules
- Could also use dried chilli flakes
- If using fresh chillies,leaving seeds in optional
