Garlic/Chilli Salsa Brussels Sprouts

  • 10 brussel sprouts sliced reasonably thin
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped fine
  • 2 red chillies chopped fine(seeds & all)
  • ¼ cup salsa of choice
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Water
  • Salt/Pepper to taste


  • All into cooker~Cook on low 2.5 hours
  • Stirred in 1 Tbs butter just before serving


  • Could use minced garlic from jar or even dried granules
  • Could also use dried chilli flakes
  • If using fresh chillies,leaving seeds in optional
