Garlic/Chilli Salsa Brussels Sprouts 4 0 5 1

Could be the dish that converts you to eating brussel sprouts?
It did me

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Cook: 2 hrs 30 mins
  • 15 mins

    2 hrs 30 mins

    2 hrs 45 mins

  • Yields: 3-4 servings


10 brussel sprouts sliced reasonably thin

4 garlic cloves chopped fine

2 red chillies chopped fine(seeds & all)

¼ cup salsa of choice

Dash of lemon juice

¼ cup Water

Salt/Pepper to taste


1All into cooker~Cook on low 2.5 hours

2Stirred in 1 Tbs butter just before serving


1Could use minced garlic from jar or even dried granules

2Could also use dried chilli flakes

3If using fresh chillies,leaving seeds in optional
