One Pot Bacon and Tomato Pasta

  • Yields: 4 to 5 servings


300g Bacon

1 brown Onion

3 Carrots

500g Chopped Mushrooms g

60g Baby Spinach

200g cherry tomatoes

600g jar Pasta sauce

400g can diced tomatoes

250 large shell pasta

1 tbsp garlic granules

1 tsp ground ginger

Sprinkle of Paprika to taste

1/4 cup dried basil

Pepper and salt to taste

Sprinkle of ground coriander seed

Sprinkle of chilli flakes to taste

Parmesan cheese to serve


1Chop bacon, onion and carrots.

2Put all ingredients except pasta and cheese in 3L slow cooker.

3Season to your liking.

4Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours

5Increase to high and add pasta with lid off for 1 hour.

6Stir occasionally.

7Serve with parmesan cheese.
