Lamb + Five
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg lamb (any cut you prefer)
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1 cup fresh mint
- Gravy (I used 1/2 cup gravy powder mixed with 700mls water)
Instructions
- Place lamb in slow cooker bowl
- Add onion, garlic and herbs to bowl
- Pour gravy over everything
- Cook on low for 5-6hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc)
- We have this with mash (potato, sweet potato or pumpkin)
