1.5 kg lamb (any cut you prefer)

1 red onion, sliced

3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1/4 tsp fresh rosemary

1 cup fresh mint

Gravy (I used 1/2 cup gravy powder mixed with 700mls water)


1Place lamb in slow cooker bowl

2Add onion, garlic and herbs to bowl

3Pour gravy over everything

4Cook on low for 5-6hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc)

5We have this with mash (potato, sweet potato or pumpkin)
