5 Eggs

1 Cup Cocoa Powder

2/3 Cup Pure Mable Syrup

2/3 Cup Dark Chocolate chopped


1In a large bowl whisk together eggs, cocoa powder and maple syrup.

2I than tipped into a pyrex bowl and placed in sc, with an inch of water in the bottom of sc, on a wire rack so it was out of the water.

3Place chopped chocolate on top.

4Cook on high with tea towel under lid, this took around 2 hours in my sunbeam 5.5L

Hello, we have tried this recipe twice and it tasted beautiful but is there an ingredient that could be missing? We did as the recipe stated and it stayed risen just for a moment and then collapsed. Does flour need to be added?

Drinking chocolate can be used instead of cocoa if you wish. Berries can also be added before cooking, just sprinkle on top and they sink like the chocolate pieces
