Russian Chicken (Weight Watcher Friendly)

Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup apricot jam (I used sugar-free)
- 1 cup Russian dressing
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix (optional)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- 5-6 hours on low per my WestBend 6 quart sc (6L for those outside USA)
- Cook and VOILA dinner is served!!!
- Weight Watcher Points Plus are 7PP per thigh
- If you do not have the dry onion soup mix you can just add onions or use this site's link to make your own
