Quick and easy Mexican chicken twist.

  • 2 chicken breast whole
  • 1 taco seasoning pack
  • 1 tin creamed condensed chicken soup
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 tub cream (250mls)


  • Place all ingredients (apart from cream) in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high 3 hrs.
  • Remove chicken and slice then returned to the pot.
  • Add in 1 tub of cream.
  • Season salt n pepper.
  • Bring back to heat then serve over steamed jasmine rice.

    Yum! The whole family loved it, even my husband who doesn’t like spicy foods. Not that this is too spicy. Will definitely be having again
