meatfeast taco boats

Ingredients
- 1 taco boat per person
- 2eggs per boat
- Cooked sausage
- Cooked gammon
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Grated cheese
Instructions
- Line slow cooker with greaseproof paper
- Place boats in slow cooker.
- Put sausage/gammon/onion and mushrooms in taco boat.
- Beat the eggs and pour into boats.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Put a tea towel under the lid and cook for approximately 1hr 30mins on LOW
