Mango Fruit Leathers

Ingredients
- 1 mango
Instructions
- Peel the mango with a peeler and cut into 2-3mm thick slices.
- Line your slow cooker with baking paper and add a single layer of mango slices. Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid.
- Remove the baking paper with mango slices and carefully peel each slice off and turn it over. Place piece of baking paper with mango slices back into the slow cooker and cook for a further hour on high with a tea towel under the lid.
