Self saucing egg free Nutella Pudding
- 2 cups of SR flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 100 grams butter
- 6 tbsp cocoa
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 7 heaped tbsp of nutella
- Combine flour, cocoa & sugar. Set aside.
- Melt butter and add to above along with milk, mix well. Cake is now made add to sc.
- In saucepan add boiling water and nutella, stir till smooth. Pour over cake mix, over a spoon.
- Time to cook... 1 hr 45 mins on low
