Ingredients
 

  • 2 kgs octopus that was frozen and thawed,
  • 2 tblsp tomato paste,
  • 1 tin polpa di pomodoro (chopped tomatoes)
  • 2 onions,
  • garlic,
  • some olives and capers,
  • potatoes cubed,
  • 300ml marsala wine,
  • 100g peas

Instructions
 

  • Clean octopus.
  • Boil for at least 15 mins.
  • Put in slow cooker and add all remaining ingredients.
  • High for at least 5 hrs and then low for another 3 hrs.
  • 6.5ltr slow cooker
