Ingredients
2 kgs octopus that was frozen and thawed,
2 tblsp tomato paste,
1 tin polpa di pomodoro (chopped tomatoes)
2 onions,
garlic,
some olives and capers,
potatoes cubed,
300ml marsala wine,
100g peas
Instructions
Clean octopus.
Boil for at least 15 mins.
Put in slow cooker and add all remaining ingredients.
High for at least 5 hrs and then low for another 3 hrs.
