Lamb Forequarter Stew
A hearty "throw together" stew full of lamb and vegetable goodness to fill the belly and bring the yum!
Equipment
- 6L slow cooker
Ingredients
- 3 lamb Forequarter chops
- 2 onions diced
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 5 cups frozen winter vegetables
- 5 medium potatoes diced
- 1 x 40 gram pkt french onion soup
- 800 ml water approx
- Salt & Pepper (season to taste)
- 1-2 tsp curry powder (to taste)
- 3 cups cooked pasta I used spriral
Instructions
- Put everything in except for pasta.
- Cook on low for 6hrs
- Added the cooked pasta approx 30 minutes before the end of cooking
