Equipment

  • 6L slow cooker

Ingredients
 

  • 3 lamb Forequarter chops
  • 2 onions diced
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 5 cups frozen winter vegetables
  • 5 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 x 40 gram pkt french onion soup
  • 800 ml water approx
  • Salt & Pepper (season to taste)
  • 1-2 tsp curry powder (to taste)
  • 3 cups cooked pasta I used spriral

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in except for pasta.
  • Cook on low for 6hrs
  • Added the cooked pasta approx 30 minutes before the end of cooking
