Home made blueberry jam
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 4 cups blueberries
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 apple peeled and sliced
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray oil.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour in slow cooker
- Stir every 30 minutes.
- Cook for 4 hours HIGH and 4 hours on LOW.......8 hours TOTAL
- Let cool
- Take out apple if desired
- Pour into 1 large mason jar or 3 small mason jars
- Let sit over night ...........enjoy
