Masterfoods Slow Cooker Beef Stoganoff

Ingredients
- Masterfoods Beef Stroganoff recipe base pouch x 2 (this is just a standard recipe base found at Coles or Woolies, its not a specific slow cooker one)
- 600-1kg diced beef
- Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Diced onion
- Sour Cream or Thickened Cream
Instructions
- Brown the onions and beef and place in the slow cooker along with the sliced mushrooms and pour the recipe bases over the top - add a heaped tablespoon of sour cream, or a quarter of a cup of thickened cream and stir through - you can also add a little water (half a cup) if you think your SC needs it (my 5.5l doesnt usually need it)
- cook for 8-10 hours on low
- Add a dollop of sour cream or dash of cream before serving
- Delicious served on mash, white rice or pasta!
