FRENCH TOAST DESSERT

  • Yields: 2 slices

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon unsalted butter

2 slices one inch thick Brioche Bread

2 large egg yolks

1/2 cup double cream

1 1/2 Tablespoons castor sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/8 teaspoon, (pinch) cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon, (pinch) icing sugar

Directions

1Preheat cooker on HIGH

2Drop butter into cooker to melt.

3Combine egg, cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl

4Soak bread thoroughly and gently in mixture both sides

5Place in cooker on HIGH for twenty minutes.

6LID OFF.

7Turn bread gently with egg flip.

8Cook on HIGH for a further twenty minutes.

9LID OFF.

10Sprinkle with icing sugar.

11Serve with a scoop of ice cream.

ive never done nothing like this before.
It was soooooo good.

i just put fruit on it and maple syrup with cream
