FRENCH TOAST DESSERT

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 slices one inch thick Brioche Bread
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup double cream
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/8 teaspoon, (pinch) cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon, (pinch) icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat cooker on HIGH
- Drop butter into cooker to melt.
- Combine egg, cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl
- Soak bread thoroughly and gently in mixture both sides
- Place in cooker on HIGH for twenty minutes.
- LID OFF.
- Turn bread gently with egg flip.
- Cook on HIGH for a further twenty minutes.
- LID OFF.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
