Focaccia Delight

2 cups self raising flour

1 cup warm water

1 tbs mixed herbs

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 rasher of bacon

3 slices of red onion

1 cocktail Frankfurt sliced

1 slices mushroom

Bbq sauce

2 semi dried tomatoes sliced

1/2 cup grated tasty cheese


1Mix flour water herbs and garlic together to form a sticky dough.

2Place into a lined slow cooker

3Flatten out, add bbq sauce, semi dried tomatoes, cheese, onion, bacon, mushroom and cocktail Frankfurt

4Squirt a little extra sauce on top.

5Cook on high for 2 hours tea towel under lid!

Thank you for your wonderful recipe!

This is the first time I have tried cookin focaccia in my sc and I’m so glad I used your recipe! Although I didn’t have frankfurts so I substituted it with capsicum…

It is so yummmmmmm! I’ve taken photos but can’t upload!
