How much Dijon mustard should be used
Just enough to cover the top it states so I would think 2-3 Tspoons? 🙂
Absolutely scrumptious ??
A firm favourite!!
HELP: so is it right I add no liquid (water or stick)? Goes against everything I know about cooking silverside, but happy to give it a go. Also new to slow cooking. Just cautious ?
That’s right Raquel 🙂
Just thought I would review quickly before I plate this up. Smells amazing. Thought I’d have a quick try of the end to see if it tastes as good as it smells. OMG. I hope the kids hate it so more left overs for me.
It is amazing!!
Made this dish today and was a bit disappointed, cooked on low for7 hours and meat was a bit tough
. I think this might have been the lack of water in the slow cooker as the bottom of the meat was cooked alright. Might try this again but next time will definitely add water
It was nice to try a different way of cooking silverside. So full of flavour.
