Creamy Thai Curry Seafood Marinara

Creamy slow cooked seafood sensation!

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 3 hrs
  • Yields: 3...4 servings


1kg Seafood Marinara

1/2 Cup Chicken Stock

11/2 Cups Cream

4 Garlic Cloves Crushed

4 tsps Thai Green Curry

1 tsp Parsley

Salt & Pepper


1Just add everything to slow cooker

2Cooked on Low for approx 3 hours

3Thicken with cornflour and water at the end.

I always suggest cooking cream for slow cooking so that it doesn’t split 🙂
If you only have regular cream, add 1-2 tsp cornflour to it first

Wat kind of cream would you use for this plz. Sorry only new to this stuff .

This is absolutely delicious and so easy. I now reduce the amount of Thai curry paste as 4 tsps was a bit too much for our taste and serve it with coconut rice. Thank you for such a great, easy recipe
