Creamy Thai Curry Seafood Marinara

Ingredients
 

  • 1kg Seafood Marinara
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 11/2 Cups Cream
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Crushed
  • 4 tsps Thai Green Curry
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Just add everything to slow cooker
  • Cooked on Low for approx 3 hours
  • Thicken with cornflour and water at the end.

  1. This is absolutely delicious and so easy. I now reduce the amount of Thai curry paste as 4 tsps was a bit too much for our taste and serve it with coconut rice. Thank you for such a great, easy recipe
