Chunky Lamb and Veggie Casserole
- 500gs diced lamb
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cups beef stock
- ½ packet of spring veggie soup mix
- 2 tomato’s
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 table spoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup peas
- ½ cup corn
- Dice and cut all ingredients and place in slow cooker.
- Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing jug and pour into the slow cooker and mix through.
- Cook for 3-4 hours on high, 7 hours on low
