Chocolate & Chilli Braised Beef Cheeks
- 2 x Beef Cheeks
- Small tub cream 300ml
- 1 x 200g block plain chocolate
- 25g butter
- 4 tbs chilli flakes
- Place cheeks on foil to make parcels
- Place all other ingredients in a saucepan and heat through thoroughly ( 5 - 10 min )
- Pour sauce over meat and wrap up parcels.
- Place 1 - 2 inches of water in bottom of SC whilst cooking.
- Cook on low for 6hrs on low
