Choc Caramel Snickers Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt mud cake mix made as directed
- 1/2 cup caramel topping + extra
- 6 fun sized snickers bars
- 3/4 cup cream
- 2 tsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare cake according to packet directions ( or use your own recipe, I used a packet mud cake). Cook on high with a tea towel under the lid approx 1 1/2 hours ( check as all SC are different)
- Allow the cake to cool for about 10 mins and then poke holes in rows all over it being careful not to go right to the bottom . Spread the cake with 1/2 cup caramel topping and make sure it goes down the holes. Allow the cake to cool completely . Whip some fresh cream until thick and add 4 chopped fun size snickers ( I also added some cocoa and icing sugar to the cream ) , spread over the cake. Sprinkle another 2 chopped snickers over the cake and drizzle with more caramel topping. Set in the fridge.

Made this today and very indulgent, can’t see it lasting long here. Tip, make sure your caramel topping isn’t a really thick one or you will have trouble getting it down the holes
