Chicken and Leek Pie (filling)
Slow Cooked Chicken and Leek Pie
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken thigh, roughly chppped
- 1 x Leek, finely sliced
- 300mls cooking cream
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp bush spices
- 2 tspn Australian mustard
- Chicken stock cube, crumbled.
Instructions
- Place diced chicken and leek in SC. Crumble stock cube over chicken. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook low for 5 hrs
- Prepare pie(s) as preferred.
