Ingredients
1kg Chicken thigh, roughly chppped
1 x Leek, finely sliced
300mls cooking cream
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp bush spices
2 tspn Australian mustard
Chicken stock cube, crumbled.
Instructions
Place diced chicken and leek in SC. Crumble stock cube over chicken. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook low for 5 hrs
Prepare pie(s) as preferred.
