  • Yields: 4-6 depending on size



1 small tray of chicken mince

1 can tomatoes ( I think crushed)

1 jar if pasta sauce (I used tomato garlic and herb)

lasagna sheets







1*pre do your cheese sauce, in a saucepan put your butter and flour and heat and mix them until they become thick, then slowly add a little milk at a time and stir until it becomes thick keep doing this until you have enough sauce and the consistency isn't too thick, then add as much grated cheese as you like, stir this through then take off the heat

2*mix mince with can of tomatoes and pasta sauce

3* first layer I only done the mince then pasta, from then on I did mince then sauce then pasta, I didn't put extra cheese on top as there was a lot in my sauce

4* cook on high for 4 hours with a tea towel under the lid and fold over the top, I didn't check it or rotate it at all, you may need to cook a little longer depending on the size
