- 2 sticks celery diced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
Instructions
- Melt butter and olive oil and brown chicken then remove from pan
- Saute bacon, onion, garlic and mushrooms for 2 minutes

- Add flour and stir in
- Add liquids and tomato paste and place everything in slow cooker
- Cook on low for 5 hours
- I used a multi cooker for this which made browning easier. Enjoy

Brilliant!!!!! Make a lot of Chicken dishes and for a one with white wine it is wonderful making it again this week .
I just did this tonight for the first time. Absolutely lovely. Went down a storm with my husband and daughter. This is going on my recipe list. Lovely
Could you add new pots to the slow cooker instead of serving with a side?
If you mean new potatoes, like small baby potatoes, yes I believe this would be enough time for those small ones, or if worried cut them in half first
Could you use drumsticks instead?
Yes you could use drumsticks instead Kristi 🙂
