  • Yields: 4 -6 depending on how many pkt noodles you add


2 cups of broccoli florets

1 kg of chicken thighs (can increase to 2kg if large family)

2 teas cornflour for thickening sauce at end

2 teas of fresh ginger and garlic

1 cups of chicken stock , I add more if add more noodles

1 chopped onion

3 tb soy sauce

2 teas of sugar, preferred brown

1 pk 2 min noodles, u can add more to go around further

(optional ) I add I pkt of frozen Asian vegs


1Fry brown chicken and onion, add garlic and ginger, then add all to sc with soy sauce , stock and sugar,

2High for 3 hrs (if not browning chicken first add additional 1-2hrs cooking time)

31/2 hr before serving add your broccoli and frozen veges,

4Cook the 2 min noodle before adding to sc so they don't soak all the liquid up,

5Thicken with a mix of cornflour and water and add to sc stirring to thicken sauce.

6(optional) you can add more noodles to this dish to make it go further
