This was easy to make and delicious! The filling sets firm, which you’d expect from something with ‘fudge’ in the name, and the bonus is they are not messy to eat! This recipe made around 24 for me, with some filling left over 🙂 Will make again for sure.
Made this on my day off. Absolutely devine.

I am going to make this today. Just a question. I have 2 Cadbury dream 200 g each and 1 can condensed milk 395 g. I have 2 bags jersey caramels which are 200 g each. Should I put in 1 bag or 2 bags? Thank you for advice
My bag of jersey caramels was 375g and perfect so use 2 but eat a few lol
Do you leave the lid off while melting the ingredients or lid on with a tea towel?
Yes always lid off for fudges 🙂
