Braised Pork Loin Chops

Directions
1Caramalise onion and mushrooms in frypan, place in slow cooker with bay leaves.
2Coat chops with seasonings, brown in frypan then add to slow cooker.
3Drain fat from frypan but don't clean off the caramalised remains, bring stock and cream to boil in frypan then pour this sauce over chops.
4I cooked mine on high in my small slow cooker and it was ready after 1 and 1/2 hours.
5Perfect timing with my baby's afternoon nap time! Very tender and tasty.

Hi Em. It’s been a while since I’ve made that. I’ll put it on my menu for next month and will pay attention to how much I put in. Maybe 2tsp coriander and 1tsp tumeric.

Easy recipe to follow.
No packet or jar mixes.
I really enjoyed because I cook with turmeric & coriander a lot but OH didn’t like so unfortunately it won’t be on my meal planner.

This is such a tasty and easy recipe!! I added flour to the seasonings so it thickened a little bit more. Have also used it with other meats too.
