Banana, apple, & chia cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat flour (i milled rolled oats in my nutribullet)
- 1 cup LSA mix
- 1 cup SR flour
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 sml grated apples
- 1 mashed pear
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 egg
- Pinch of bicarb
- Cinnamon
- 1 tin condensed milk
Instructions
- In a bowl Mash bananas
- Mix egg into bananas
- Add everything else into the bowl and give a good mix.
- Line slowcooker with baking paper and pour the mixture in.
- Cook for approx 2.5 hrs on high with teatowl under lid.
- (I checked it was cooked through with a skewer)
