1 litre of milk
Dash of vanilla
Sugar to taste
1cup of sugar
A a small teaspoon of water
1Make caramel first by putting in a small saucepan sugar and water. Please do not stir!! When golden brown pour in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3For the custard put all ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved and pour over caramel. Place a tea towel under the lift of the slow cooker and cook for2 hrs on low
