Bacon pancake cake
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 200 grams diced bacon
- 1 350ml original pancake mix
- Syrup to top (optional)
Instructions
- Line your slow cooker with baking paper and preheat your sc to high while cooking bacon till crispy. Prepare your pancake mix as per the instructions on the pack and pour into the slow cooker with the bacon. Put a tea towel under the lid and cook for 2-2.5 hours until cooked through.
