Apricot Chicken
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts whole
- 10 fresh apricots quartered
- 1 whole red capsicum roughly chopped
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 chicken stock cubes crumbled
- 1 cup of cold water
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker
- 2. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hrs
- 3. Serve with steamed veggies or brown rice
