and a skewer for each stack
1To each skewer use a mushroom for the base, fill with cheese then start stacking all your veges.
2Add 1/2 cup of water to slow cooker,
3Wrap veg stack in afoil tightly and cook 2-3 hrs low ... depending on thickness
