Mushrooms,
zucchini,
potato,
pumpkin,
capsicum,
cheese
salt and pepper
and a skewer for each stack
Instructions
To each skewer use a mushroom for the base, fill with cheese then start stacking all your veges.
Add 1/2 cup of water to slow cooker,
Wrap veg stack in afoil tightly and cook 2-3 hrs low ... depending on thickness
