Ingredients
 

  • Mushrooms,
  • zucchini,
  • potato,
  • pumpkin,
  • capsicum,
  • cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • and a skewer for each stack

Instructions
 

  • To each skewer use a mushroom for the base, fill with cheese then start stacking all your veges.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water to slow cooker,
  • Wrap veg stack in afoil tightly and cook 2-3 hrs low ... depending on thickness
