750g Strawberries
80ml Lime Juice
Rind of 1 Lime
450g sugar
10 Mint Leaves (optional)
10g Jam Setta
1Chop strawberries and place in slow cooker with juice, rind, sugar and mint leaves.
2Cook on high for 4.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
3Add jam setta, and cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
4Blend and pour into jars.
5Keep refrigerated.
