500g minced beef
3/4 tomato sauce
1/4 bbq sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp vinegar
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1Brown mince in onion in a pan, drain any excess oil and place in slow cooker.
3Combine tomato, bbq sauce, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and pour over mince.
4Cook in low for 3-4h
5Thicken with cornflour if needed.
6Serve in hamburger buns with pickles, tomato and cheese or coleslaw.

I use this all the time. Was a big hit when i used it in tuckshop. Grated carrot into it to make it healthier and the kids couldnt get enough

At a guess I would say bottle mustard since it isn’t stated as mustard powder?
What type of mustard does this need?
