Ingredients

8 sausages

1/2 cup of tomato sauce

1/2 cup of smokey BBQ sauce

2 medium red onions

1.5 cup of beef stock

1/4 cup of Gravy powder

Directions

1Mix all together andcook on low for 6-8hrs 🙂

Delicious, kids loved it and came back for seconds. Changes I made, I used about 1/3 cup of bbq and tomato sauce. Added an extra 1/2 cup of water mixed with 2 heaped teaspoons of cornflour about half way through cooking for extra sauce and too thicken up.

Made this for dinner. Was really yummy. Was a bit sweet, but that’s because I didn’t have beef stock so used chicken stock. I used 10 sausages, but probably could have used 12, for the extra sauce. But its all good, because I will take remaining sausages out, and put new ones in and turn back on. I will make this again ☺
